2019 Spring Festival Holiday Working Arrangement

Due to the very important holiday is coming, please be patient if our sales or technician cannot reply you soon as before. And it is the only one holiday which every place in China shortened opening hours, even public transport, banks, and other public service sectors, and many restaurants and shops close for the holiday. But our sales and technician have no holiday, who will reply your email or wechat ( maybe not on time, but we will try)

Holiday Dates: from 1-27th-2019 to 2-11th-2019

But the production would stop for 2 weeks and considering the supplier ( PCBs, PC/Aluminum housing, cables, etc) holiday for 4 weeks which affected by the raw mateiral, so please consider the order delivery.

All order set before 1-26th-2019, we promise ship before 2-23th-2019.

And order during the holiday we promise ship on the first week of March 2019.
